Blossom Day Spa Policies
To maintain a professional, relaxing, and enjoyable experience for all of our clients, Blossom Day Spa has adopted these polices. If you have any questions regarding anything you read here please call us at 623–433–9198 or stop by the spa.
Cancellations and No Shows
We are happy to guarantee your appointment with a credit card, gift certificate number or pre–payment. Should you find you need to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price. A "no–show" appointment will be charged the full service rate.
Gratuities
Gratuities are always gratefully accepted when merited by the level of service. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests, however, packages of two or more services and gift certificates will automatically include a 18% gratuity.
SpaFinder Gift Certificates
Blossom Day Spa is happy to accept SpaFinder gift certificates on any full–price service.
Spa Etiquette
Please turn off your cell phones to preserve the tranquility of the spa. In order to help facilitate a relaxing environment, please be courteous and use quiet voices when entering the spa or conversing with your therapist.
Children
We regret that we do not have the facilities for children unless they are receiving a treatment. For reasons of safety, no children under the age of 12 will be permitted in the spa area at any time.
Valuables
Blossom Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home.
Product Returns and Refunds
We will gladly take returns on all unopened product within 14 days of purchase for spa credit only, no cash refunds and no returns on used product.
